Nj Mobile podiatry practice, www.homefootcareservices.com, (17 doctors) is looking to hire FULL TIME -40 hrs a week MEDICAL OFFICE experienced, people-friendly, Reliable Medical Scheduling Coordinator to work from home permanently position. MUST BE a NJ resident. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include:
- Appointment confirmations for multiple doctors.
- Processing new patients.
- Answering the phones.
- Analyzing and optimizing schedules.
All necessary training will be provided.
Working hours: 9am - 5PM Mon - Friday.
Requirements:
- Must have prior medical office experience preferred in Podiatry Office.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Computer EMR skills /ability to multitask/details oriented.
- No Students.
- Reliable!!!!! and hardworking!!!!!
